The location is magnificent and beautiful, right off the Thruway. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a King bed and whirlpool bath and big fridge.

The hotel was very accomodating to a family with a young child. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Keep in mind, this is not a trait of native Uticans. The pool provided plenty of energy burn off for my child and my wife enjoyed the workout room. There was always plenty of food stocked in the breakfast area. Overall a great stay and the Hampton Inn provided a great place when family doesn't have the space.

The employees are very amiable and attentive. the room is brand-new and spotless with a king bed. - the location of the venue is excellent and unbeatable, a short walk to Utica, NY, and very near to restaurants.

Accomodations were lovely and inviting. The room was clean, fresh and the bed was comfortable.

The floor on which we stayed was overrun with children running up and down the halls well into the night, walls were being banged on both sides of our room, and children were roaming the hotel unaccompanied by adults. Additionally, there was no pay per view for watching movies.

A nice size and well-kept room with comfortable bed and safe for safety measures. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven available.

The inclusion of a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator in the queen room was nice. Magnificent central location near restaurants, downtown, the Stanley Theatre, and Utica from the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. - Medium distance from an oriented museum.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Utica, New York and a Walmart shopping center and most areas. Good breakfasts with fruit smoothies and hot options, the staff were very-very nice.

Breakfast was missed.

We've stayed at Hampton Inn several times and it's always amazing! the rooms are comfortable with great beds, and the breakfast is delicious with options like make, your, own waffles, hot eggs & sausage. the staff is friendly and helpful. the recent renovation has made everything look brand new, with sleek and minimalist designs. the walk, in shower was a highlight. a fantastic experience. Cons: All was good. 😊.
